Email Deliverability

- Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote a product or service. Determines target.

- Audience, devises campaign, and launches email campaign and daily delivery/deliverability monitoring for live campaigns and reporting to create buzz or generate leads for the business

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Email Campaign Management to increase engagement with consumers through autoresponder campaigns, triggered and transactional emails, re-engagement campaigns, and other marketing automation

- Planning and execution of email marketing, promotional programs, analysis of sales and response data to facilitate segmented campaigns

- Delivery/Deliverability troubleshooting and recommendations

- Managing weekly email campaign schedules to ensure deadlines are met

- Segmenting lists based on data and behaviors such as past email engagement, website interactions, subscriber interests, etc.

- Report, track and analyze campaign performance proving success in strategies of deployed campaigns

- Developing weekly email performance reports across multiple brands, containing key performance indicators to be shared with major shareholders.

- Highly analytical and capable of deriving meaning from A/B testing data and email optimization

- Onboarding - Assist clients onboarding process and Publish ramp up plans by designing and running tests on Email deliverability- Monitor and adjust ramp up plans to enable a successful onboarding experience.

- Use tools to establish enterprise level deliverability reporting and provide recommendations and other international email regulations

- Proactive monitoring of client's email performance and timely inputs to ensure better inbox placement and work with the client to reduce bounces, blocks and spam reports

- Adopting proactive measures to resolve issues from major blacklist agencies

- Managing & resolving email delivery challenges across major ISPs & Research on recent changes made by ISPs

- IP allocation and warm up plans for new clients as well as existing clients based on their performance and requirements.

- Controlling the rate limit and other configurations in the PowerMTA based on the ISPs and the IPs to achieve good delivery

- Finding spam traps, pulling suspicious records and recommending team to suppress

- Active participation in clients meeting to help better Email deliverability and suggest best practices

- Integration of HTML code from PSD as needed and test the templates using various web analytic tools as well as in house (Exact Target, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, SilverPOP and Netcore).

- Creating segmentation as per the user behavior, A/B testing of subject lines, content, images and offers which drove higher open and click-through rates

- Configure & Run simple SQL queries to troubleshoot the data and scripting to ensure emails are going to the proper audience

Knowledge and Skills Required

- At least three (3) years of experience in email deliverability

- Daily delivery/deliverability monitoring for live campaigns and reporting

- Experienced with Email marketing tools such as Exact Target, Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua and Netcore etc.

- Having good knowledge on SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender id and related DNS settings required for sending Emails

- Must be good in particular Excel (formulas, data capture and pivot tables)

- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the business; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed; flexibility and ability to use initiative

- Knowledge of all common error codes and how to deal with them

- Practical knowledge with postmaster of all major ISPs

- PowerMTA, Momentum MTAs basics, HTML, MySql basics, Vertica basics, Microsoft Office

- Authentication techniques

- Managing team responsibilities
