Job Profile:

- Processing of Import Transactions: Letter of Credit(LC), Direct Import Bills, Advance remittance against Import, ensuring smooth processing of import payments under LC and Collection, Buyer Credit.

- Handling advance remittances, A2 Remittances, direct payments , import collection bills.

- Handling of export bills Collections, under LC, Advance payments,inward remittances.

- Resolving discrepancies raised by the Central Operations Group for processing Import/Export payments.

- Advising of Letter of credit and Scrutinizing of Export document under letter of credit and collection.

- Handling Import document checking under LC and collections. Handling Import L/C issuance and amendments.

- Booking of rates for Inward Remittances, Import payments & Outward Remittances.

- Highlighting discrepancies in the trade transactions and getting the same resolved by coordinating with Branches, Relationship Managers, Product and Sales Managers.

- Preparing MIS for tracking Turnaround time of the transactions on regular basis to meet customer expectations.

- Responsible for smooth day to day operation of trade related activities through active coordination and control.

- Handling customer queries and ensuring that the same are satisfactorily resolved within TAT.

- Ensuring that the day to day banking transactions are carried out in compliance with laid down processes.

- Processing Payments like RTGS, NEFT, Transfers of the branch on daily basis

Candidate Profile:

Must to have:

- 3-5 yrs of exp from BFSI industry

- Able to handle Import Transactions.

Nice to have:

- Good team player.
