- Our client is a year-old startup that is using technology and Ayurveda to help millions of women with their health issues. Their website provides a questionnaire that includes questions about almost every aspect of women's period issues, on the basis of which a self-diagnosis can be done. This also gives a result about what kind of Ayurvedic medicines can be used to treat the disorder- if any. Apart from these options, they have a panel of well-known gynecologists who will assist them over the phone or WhatsApp.

- The founders have 35+ years of total experience in corporate leadership and consumer-facing roles. Their aim is to help each woman across the country find the right sciences to take charge of her menstrual health and lead a pain-free life.

As Operations Ninja, you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

What you will do :

- Driving service levels for service, sales, inventory, logistics, finance, legal, compliance using CRM like Zoho, Freshworks, Salesforce.

- Coordinating with the warehouse team to manage the optimum level of inventory, sourcing of goods from manufacturers & sold online, repackaging process and ensure compliance.

- Preparing performance dashboard & MIS of the entire customer journey using data from multiple sources - Website, CRM, Inventory, Google, Facebook ads manager.

- Directly interacting with customers for sales & service calls, emails, chat.

- Analyzing customer interactions and automating processes to improve customer experience.

- Developing email/chat communication templates and help center knowledge base.

- Leading CRM systems development, integration using Zoho, ZenDesk, FreshChat, WhatsApp, email, SMS, call dialer, website visitors.

- Coordinating with outsourcing agencies to project manage their deliverables.

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

- 5+ years preferably managing operations teams in BPO with eCommerce clients, online B2C startups, back-office in a high-pressure environment.

- You should be highly methodology to organize daily chaos in a startup environment

- You got to an MS excel junkie to massage raw data and turn it into MIS dashboards

- Mind-set to drive performance by analyzing datasets

- Complete ownership and drive issues end-to-end independently

- Candidates from western suburbs of Mumbai preferred
