Operations Role - Supply Chain Finance

Assisting the Operations team in supply chain financing transactions :

o Liaising with various team viz. Business team, CMOG, Finance & Accounts,

o Thorough vetting of Invoices for disbursement,

o Preparing fund transfer letters for co-lending transactions,

o Periodic updating of records and calculations,

o Liaising with Co-lending banks,

o Participating in system development,

o Post disbursement monitoring of loans up to the stage of closure of loans.

- Preparing and assisting in MIS, different reporting requirements -

o Daily loan book monitoring

o Limits monitoring - Anchor, Vendor & Transaction level

o Monitoring & sharing of weekly / monthly repayment details,

o Regular follow ups with CMOG team for periodic data,

o Ensuring adherence to statutory & other reporting timelines.

- Managing system entries :

o Maintaining system entries for lending activities

o Reconciliation for accounting entries

o Reconciliation for TDS pendency, etc.

- Will be assisting the team in various activities to handle supply chain and co-lending with banks/NBFC's processes end-to-end

- Liaising with IT team for system development requirement & improvising on the processes,

- Liaising with all teams in the organization - Business, Credit, Legal, Compliance, IT, Accounts

- Assisting in various audits - Internal audit, Statutory audit, IT audit, RBI inspections, etc.
