Looking for a CA with 3 to 6yrs of experience.
- Experience in accounting, taxation, and operations.
- Handle administration activities of private family Trusts
- Finalization of books and Audit.
- Preparing the books of accounts of Trusts.
- Filing of TDS, Service Tax, and GST returns.
Roles :
1. Maintaining regular interaction with the business team and assisting them with the necessary information required by them on the Family Trust on regular basis;
2. Co-ordination with the Relationship Managers / Service Team / Families / Legal Team for the formation of the Family Trust;
3. Undertaking necessary step for the execution of Legal documents- coordinating for Franking of documents, execution of the document by the Family and Inhouse Kotak Signatories;
4. Ensuring the onboarding of the families is seamless - co-ordination for application of PAN, TAN for the trust, the opening of bank, demat, trading account;
5. Understanding FATCA, CRS compliance and ensure necessary filing is done on or before the due date;
6. Understanding the Trusteeship Fee structure and ensure accurate calculation;
7. Maintaining co-ordination with the Central Team with respect to the Invoices raised, GST payments, audit requirement handled by the Central Team;
8. Regular updating business processes for the amendments introduced;
9. Assistance to business team in reviewing the Trust profile;
10. Preparation of Board decks.
