Operations Risk Lead - CA

Job Overview:

The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks across the company. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and improve operational risk management policies and procedures.

- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks for existing and new processes across the company.

- Conduct risk assessments for processes and products across organization.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational risk management.

- Institutionalize frameworks to monitor KRIs and maintain oversight on operational risk incidents.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management in the retail segment of the financial services industry.

Retail segment constitute primarily retail lending and payments (UPI, CC, DC, Payment Aggregator, PPI (Gift cards, wallets))

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and has good stakeholder management expertise

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in context of retail lending and payments, India.
