- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc)

- Masters in Operation Research is preferred.

- The Operations Research Analyst will use advanced mathematical, analytical, and computational techniques to help the organization improve decision-making, policy formulation, and other functions. The analyst will work on complex problems, develop models, perform simulations, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Should have good theoretical knowledge of Operation Research techniques Simplex, Primal and Dual Simplex, Branch and Bound, Branch and cut, Decomposition methods

- Experience in modelling optimization problems using Linear programming, Mix Integer programming, Constraint programming, etc

- Exposure to heuristic and meta heuristic methods like Simulated Annealing, Local search methods, Genetic Algorithms, etc is desired

- Exposure to optimization problems in Supply chain domain like Production planning, Network planning, truck routing is desired

- Experience in using commercial optimization solvers like Cplex, Gurobi.

- Exposure to open-source solvers like or-tools, coir-or is preferred

- Proficient in any one of the programming languages preferably Python and C++

- Exposure to SQL, Object-oriented programming, Data Structures, and algorithms is desired.

- Experience in Supply Chain Management domain is desirable

- Flexible to travel
