a. Establishing infrastructure and systems,
b. Setting up Standard operating procedures
c. Merchant Set-up & Boarding
d. Merchant Payments & Remittances
e. Settlements, Chargeback Management & Retrievals
f. Field Service Delivery
g. Terminal Installation & Management
h. People management - Training people, Employee engagement and attrition management
i. Continuously drive efficiencies and effectiveness on cost, revenues and CSAT parameters
j. Drive technical solutions and manage troubleshooting around products & platforms. Help bring in proactive improvements
2. Call Centre Operations
a. In-bound Call Management
b. Out-bound Call Management
3. Product, Sales & Vendor Interface
a. Fully understand the product functionality and provide feedback received from the field to the product team.
b. Managing the vendor relationships and manage governance on a day to day basis.
c. Continuous interaction with sales team, to ensure sales teams are fully conversant with the product features and acquistion processes.
4. Business Analytics & MIS
a. Information Management
b. Risk Assessment and Management
c. Ensuring Compliance with Regulators
d. Ensuring Necessary Certifications and audit compliances
5. Project Management
a. Proficiency in end-to-end Project Management and Leading customer governance initiatives
b. Interface with CEO & Top Management on project progress, issues and making specific recommendations in line with business objectives.
Qualifications
Must have been closely involved in driving operations in both payment processing and merchant acquisition process
Exp level: 10 to 15 yrs
