Operations Manager - US Staffing

We have urgent openings for operations manager for pune location.

Job responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager you will be involved in:-

- Day to day operational activity.

- Act as a driving force and take the team to a next level.

- Work on performance management system to evaluate individual employee performance

- Responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of the JCR team

- Manage and ensure appropriate level and quantity of resources are engaged to deliver high quality service within budget

- Manage team members to specific targets and coordinate with internal management to ensure that internal targets are achieved

- Gather and analyze team data as they relate to performance and efficiency.

- Determine appropriate metrics to evaluate efficiency and quality of processes and

- work product.

- Design new processes and document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency

- Implement new ideas and be involved in employee engagement activities

Must Skills:

- Should have 6+ years of experience with exposure to US Recruitment business and handling operational activities.

- Must have handled a team of at least 10 employees.

- Should have the synergy and be able to act as a driving force for the team

- Must have good interpersonal skills and great communication skills.
