Operations Manager

Location - Delhi

Role Description:

- Monitoring & Driving North India operations

- Designing & implementing operational processes, systems & Policies

- Monitoring Quality & Training

- Client connects programs to be planned, implemented & driven

- PnL & budget monitoring and control

- Ensuring organic growth of the business

- Ensuring smooth functioning of backend support systems

- Driving & evaluating KPIs

- Driving and implementing automation in operations.

- Supporting DSO to be maintained as per set target

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Survey for new and existing site

- Audit for existing account

- Monitoring Quality & Training

- Client connect programs to be planned, implemented & driven

- Monthly review with all respective accounts along with client

- Planning to maintain budget and control expenses

- Drive process and KPI as per Business requirement

- Strategic planning to streamline operations and Enhance service quality

- Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are prepared and submitted within the TAT

- Ensuring maintain all inventory and per stock for Uniform, Materials, Machines, and Deployment

Desired Profile :

- Command in English communication

- Good presentation skills

- Experience in attending high-level meetings.

- Process oriented.

Educational Qualification - Preferably a Post Graduate Candidate/Graduation in any Discipline

Total Experience - Min 8 - 10 Years

Relevant Experience - Min 8 - 10 Years

Budget - INR 15 - 16 LPA

IT Skills Requirement - MS Office Package
