Operations Manager - Supply Chain

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with production, sales, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the supply chain.

- Prepare and present supply chain reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- BE/BTech/MBA.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to manage complex logistics and distribution networks
