Operations Manager - Store

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of stores and dispatch activities.

- Manage record-keeping of daily raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods incoming/outgoing.

- Ensure timely follow-up with transporters to minimize dispatch delays.

- Coordinate with depots and warehouses to ensure accurate product dispatch.

- Implement corrective actions with transporters to prevent damage during material transportation.

- Maintain FIFO system for raw materials and finished goods inventory.

- Collaborate with other departments to address non-moving items and implement corrective actions.

- Generate daily and monthly reports to monitor departmental performance and trends.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain necessary documentation.

- Manage calibration of departmental equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

Age: Up to 30 years.

- Proven experience in managing supply chain operations with competence in departmental handling.

- Thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field from a reputable institute.

Managerial Focus:

- As the Manager of Supply Chain Operations, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, and compliance with quality standards.

- Your role involves strategic oversight of daily activities, proactive problem-solving, and fostering collaboration across departments to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
