You could qualify to join if you:

- Prior Operations Experience - We are looking for young and energetic folks who come with 0- 2 years of experience in field/operations role. They would manage and supervise Zelo operations and resources on ground

- Love to do a lot of field work and hate to be laptop zombies - By field work, we don't literally mean farming, rather the role would involve a lot of travelling within the city to manage operations for the long stay properties

- Entrepreneurial Skills - Someone with an experience of starting something while in college/after college will definitely be a plus and tells us that you would be a great fit here

- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills - Considering the role involves speaking and convincing everyone in the value chain, i.e. customers, property owners, vendors, local workers, we would need people who love to talk and can convince anyone when needed

- Can get work done - A smart Indian would not worry about too much work because he can get work done smartly or by jugaad, hence, looking for smart soles who can get things done no matter what!

- Team Building and Leadership- We want to build future leaders of the company. Hence, the person would be thrust with a great responsibility of building a team under him and he would lead by examples. (By a leader, we definitely don- t mean lazy people who would only give orders :))

Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA
