B. Content & Context Factors

- The candidate will provide all round support to the director of the company as far as operations area is concerned.

- The candidate will support sourcing of material from different recyclers, Collectors (aggregators, retail chains and bulk consumers)

- Will involve in managing the recycler end to end.

C. Critical Success Factors (CSF)

- Candidates should have experience in the similar domain

- Must have handled larger operations in B2B/B2C domain

- Candidates from E-waste, Electronics, Durables, Technology, IT Hardware industries would be preferred
