Operations Manager - Startup - Retail
- Liaising between the suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of the assigned category/products to the warehouse
- Maintaining existing relationships with suppliers, and identifying new suppliers for sourcing and merchandising the assigned category of products.
- Bring in new processes & ideas in order dispatch and delivery of the products from the warehouse
- Order analysis (Internet channels) and dispatch preparation in advance
- Coordinating with operations team for proper supply chain processes
- Manage and develop the Supply Chain agenda with major customers and drive improvements in customer service performance to achieve competitive advantage.
- Deliver an enhanced service through defining and driving the implementation of Supply Chain development
- To achieve best in class service, identifying best practice and implementing process improvements to meet customer requirements and drive value
- Review with Supply/ Demand planning for stock availability as per the required trade age
- At least 1 years of supply chain experience in an Retail industry
- 2 years prior experience in handling Modern Trade is preferable
