Job Description:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Experience: 6 years - 15 years

Education: MBA from Tier I colleges

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Manages all Listings, Society data, Neighborhood plan and new projects. Manages operations for all Custom related projects, project manages existing product flows.

- Develop Manage and Measure KPI Performance for all data collectors.

- Manage Resources both Internal and externally to deliver results.

- Provide detailed forecasting to set volume expectations for staff planning both internal and 3rd party agency.

- Lead strategic solutions and evolving business requirements to support the business.

- Develop scalable business processes and tools with a focus on operational excellence.

- Create and document SOP's to define business processes

- New project implementations

- Develop scalable business processes and tools with a focus on operational excellence

- Maintain and improve current system to evolve with the business needs

- Validate and test all updates and new product launches

- Develop and implement VAS requirements as required by business

- Travel to various locations for business reviews
