Role Operations Manager -Quality Assurance
Qualification Graduate/ Postgraduate in any stream
Certifications "PMP/ ITIL (Intermediate or Expert) or equivalent
certification. ISO 9001 - QMS Certification preferred"
Experience "Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in dealing with telecommunication company as manager, with extensive experience in Quality Assurance activities with experience on internal and external audits and hands-on ISO 9001 Standards"
Skills :
1. Good analytical, reasoning, problem solving, reporting and follow-up skills
2. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint
3. Good Team Management and co- ordination skills
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Should be able to understand and speak Hindi or any other local language"
Job Description :
1) Must be responsible for carrying out regular service improvement plans
2) Execution of task highlighted in Audit compliance.
3) Responsible for implementation of security measures and achieving compliance for the Bank's Network. They will also be responsible for timely closure of IT audit observation and submission of reports and periodic interval.
4) Responsible for gathering all the evidence required for audits faced by the Bank
5) Responsible for Setting overall QA test strategy that includes all various types of testing being performed by the QA team.
6) Responsible for identifying needs for implementing new processes and analyse project trends to improve and optimize existing processes. Ensure both new and existing processes are being followed.
7) Responsible for ensuring testing commitments to ensure the quality and compliance as stipulated in IT & IT Policy, Procedure documents."
