Very Good Knowledge of Products and Processes of the OIL & GAS Domain.

- Very Good working knowledge of MS-Office(Word, Excel - Charts, Pivots etc.), Operating Systems, internet services & Online tools.

- Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.

- Ability to interact with internal & external customers while seeking information

- Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements

- Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across the client organization and all functions within own organization.

- Handle escalations and assist agents.

- Should have patience and not be overawed by difficult situations

- Need to have sound customer service skills and soft skills with prime focus being on customer satisfaction

- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.

- Expert knowledge of service procedures

- Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers

- Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor

- Demonstrated Customer Service Skills

- Situation handling skills & Leadership skills

- Data integrity, Confidentiality & Ownership of data provided and reported to Leadership, MIS & Management team.

- Familiarity with the water, natural gas and electric industry and the operations of a utility system is highly desirable.

- Oil and Gas process background is preferred

Overall Expererience 8-10 years, Preferably Exposure to Oil and Gas
