Position : Operations Manager (Microsoft technical process)

Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing : 6pm - 3am (Us shift)

Responsibility :

- Profile includes overall operations management & managing all SLA's related to

- Managing delivery of Business and Operational SLA

- Maintain Productivity & Service Levels with Ops team

- Managing centralised quality team from India across all sites

- Drive Continuous improvement in Team Performances

- Analysing Team performance against baseline set by the client

- Review information reporting and seek concurrence with the client requirement

- Monitor variance regularly in real time for planned and achieved targets & design and implement corrective action plans

- Setting up new bench mark for better productivity

- Manpower and deliverables management
