The first gym of this client was set up in Mumbai in 1932. They offer a diverse set of services including gyms, spas, aerobics, yoga, pilates, zumba, weight loss / weight gain programs.
Job Title: Operations Manager
Locations: Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Indore
Reporting To: VP Operations
Role:
- Assess operational effectiveness at all sites within the region and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement in quality, cost, delivery and/or safety
- Implement policies, procedures and best practices for operations.
- Implement regional quality plans and train key personnel on quality methods to reduce or eliminate quality issues
- Conduct periodic assessments of operations at all sites evaluate performance and lead training and development initiatives.
- Effectively reduce costs by applying lean principles
- Report to the VP Operations monthly/weekly on results, successes, best practices and lean metrics
- Foster Team Building and Employee Motivation
- Analyze capital expenditures across the region and develops plans to reduce spend where applicable.
- Meet all clients at a predetermined frequency and ensures service delivery at all points in time
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
