Client : Financial Major
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Timing : 12.30 to 9.30 or 1.30 to 10.30 (Centralised pick up and home drop for shifts ending after 9 pm)
Location : General Shift
Job Requirement:
Ops manager 1 year on paper.
Experience in Project management, transition, migration.
Strong with Team management experience - appraisal, etc.
Years of experience - 5-12 years.
Job Description:
- Responsible for achievement of the financial targets for the cost centre.
- Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team leaders/ process leaders to meet departmental KPIs and project SLA's.
- Effectively implement rewards/recognition, appraisal & incentive programs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Assist the team to challenge existing COMs / SLAs & suggest a realistic grid with reasonable logic.
- Assist & challenge the MI team to come up with data that adds value to the day-to-day operations & also makes your feedback session more meaningful.
- Responsible and accountable for all service delivery parameters.
- Key accountability include planning, change management, delivery, continuous improvement and relationship management with teams in UK.
