Operations (ESG) Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : (0-15 days' notice period to join)

A. Leverage their prior delivery experience in managing ESG projects, directly handling production, delivery as per budget and as per SLAs.

B. Ensure achievement of monthly budgeted / planned productivity and quality norms - Demonstrated capability in a metrics-driven approach in setting up delivery processes to adhere to SLAs and TAT.

C. Ability to engage with management and client (where needed), with reports, metrics and business solutions.

D. Experience in driving excellence in automation. Review and provide suggestions on technology capabilities and functionalities needed on the delivery platform.

E. Responsible for effective inter-departmental coordination, optimum resource utilization, and reporting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

1. Strong Analytical skills and ability to articulate analytical view points.

2. Strong communication both verbal and written.

3. Self-driven; ability to work under minimum supervision.
