Operations Manager - Consulting Firm

Our firm is the next-generation consulting firm dedicated to the healthcare and pharmaceutical space in the United States and we are looking for a young and motivated individual to join our team as a contractors

Requirements :

1-3 years of experience (including internships) in support centers for strategy (MBB, RB, OW, etc.) and/or operational (Big 4, Accenture, etc.) consulting firms

No experience in HC or Pharma is required

You must be based in India - No exception

Tasks :

Key tasks at the moment are the following but may vary in the future

- Deck sanitization for business development

- Creation of slide templates

- Organization of collected secondary material

- Development databases of experts to be contacted

- Creation of post-mortem folders including all relevant materials (from client presentations to expert interview transcripts, etc.

Compensation :

Compensation is based on background and years of experience

It is on an hourly basis, and it is HIGHLY COMPETITIVE. The required hours on average are around 4 per day with peaks of 8 per day. You should allocate between 20 and 30 hours per week.
