8-10 years of relevant experience:
- At least 4 years experience in Financial services industry like Banking, AMC or Insurance etc.
- At least 4 years experience in a supervisory role having a span of control of atleast 50 people.
Description:
- Managing the operations in an efficient manner by meeting the deliverables and client expectations. Role involves team management and effective co-ordination with management & Clients.
- Leadership skills, People management skills, ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ensure timely and effective Data & Research Quality. Maintain a culture which supports process management, data driven decision making & client satisfaction.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, development and implementation of various initiatives
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)
1. Knowledge of capital markets, securities, mutual funds, derivatives, etc.
2. Good analytical & data interpretation skills
3. Strong change management skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles with out of the box thinking
4. Understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
5. Knowledge of application or document processing.
