Job Description - This role shall entail working closely with the Internal Stakeholders and the strategic Vendor Partner(s) to lead the Analytics Team.

Description :

1. This role shall entail working closely with the Internal Stakeholders and the Strategic Vendor Partner(s). Additionally maintaining a strong governance framework to facilitate performance management, feedback mechanism and effective communication.

2. You will be responsible to design and help run a training engine to cater to different kinds of analytics skill sets spread across P&C domains.

3. You will co-lead business identification in the global markets related to outsourcing/offshoring and setup.

Profile :

1. More than 7 years of work experience in Operations (Managing a team, deliverable).

2. P&C Background is mandatory.

3. Relevant work experience in Insurance Analytics Industry.

4. Hands-on experience of analytical tools.
