Operations Head - Transportation/Logistics & Supply Chain Industry

We are currently hiring for the position of Operation Head in the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a national strategy to establish our company as the preferred service provider in Last Mile Delivery.

- Take ownership of operational profitability at both the overall and hub levels.

- Drive strategies to maximize deployment efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain a strong operational ecosystem that ensures high engagement and retention of riders and enablers.

- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in managing and motivating teams.

- Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams to optimize and expand the existing infrastructure.

- Champion the adoption of technology across operations, collaborating with the tech team to create innovative solutions for seamless, scalable operations.

Location & Commitments:

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
