Operations Head - Supply Chain Management - eCommerce

- Responsible for managing end to end operations for multiple facilities - Infrastructure, People and Process

- Responsible for Cost, Quality and efficiency management to achieve Operations SLAs

- Drive the key operational and customer service metrics consistently

- Create, review and analyze reports on operations and manpower efficiency

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization's mission

- Team Management experience is mandatory
