Operations Head Staffing

You would be responsible to anchor all the aspects of the business and managing P&L for the assignments, driving business growth and translating business goals into detailed operational plans. Forecasting & preparation of annual budgets

- Responsible to ensure that team targets are achieved

- Handle client escalations and set processes for smooth functioning of operations & ensure adherence of the same

Client engagement & management

- Ensure client meetings to understand clients requirements & process in order to meet clients expectations and educate the team on the same

- Responsible for delivery on recruitment and training mandates

- Responsible to increase business opportunities with existing clients and Contract renewals/ SLA preparation; negotiation during contract renewals Conduct monthly review meetings with the team

- Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, Talent Acquisition leadership and key HR contacts.

- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring managers.

- Become a key contact point for recruitment.

- Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties.

- Monitor and manage the delivery of recruitment assignments according to the agreed recruitment process, SLAs compliance and legislative requirements ensuring all required activities are completed and documented accordingly

- Ensure the team is fully utilizing the ATS/recruitment systems in the manner outlined and agreed in the Operations Manual

- Ensure team is fully briefed on contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities

- Ensure ongoing continuous improvement and value add initiatives to improve team efficiency

- Assist with new employee orientation

- Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities

- Identify staffing and recruiting KPIs

- Prepare and present KPI reports

- Create and present and submit reports for upper management

Qualification And Experience:

i. 15 + Years of Experience in Staffing & having experience of C2H & Good understanding of IT technologies

ii. Leadership skills and ability to drive results

iii. Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity

iv. Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands

v. Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines

vi. Strong written and verbal/presentation skills

vii. Ability to give presentations to clients

viii. Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time

ix. Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines

x. Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships

xi. Market trends orientation

xii. Data analysis & trending

xiii. Influencing skills
