Operations Head - Retail - Apparel & Clothing Business

- Responsible for top line, bottom-line and upkeep of stores across the region Top line and bottom-line as per AOP

- Aid in expansion - new store openings/identify new properties

- Availability of products and sizes for the customer

- Manage store look for all stores in the region Score - Green- in Shopping Audit

- Benchmarking against competition on critical parameters

- Right mix and movement of merchandise

- Facility Management of all stores in the region

- Train in VM, SOPs, Customer Service and Product knowledge

Candidate Profile -

- 12-15 years of experience in Retail Operations preferably in Apparel & Clothing business

- Experience in local market is a preference

- Experience of managing P&L and ability to scale up

- Excellent communication skills

- Fast tracker with strong growth trajectory in his career
