Hiring for Retail Operations Head with one of the leading retail Company's in India

Job responsibilities are:

- Sales Target achievement of the entire organization.

- Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.

- Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores.

- Formulating and Implementing sales promotion plans and new store concepts.

- Ensuring SOP implementation for in store activities and managing all aspects of corporate sales.

- Monitor stock inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.

- Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.

- Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to ensure they meet set objectives.

- Report on buying trends, customer needs

- Managing the retail operations team and area managers to ensure smooth operations at the front end.

- Monitor all Loss and Prevention strategies and processes to reduce pilferage.

- Coordination with all other departments for smooth retail operations.

- Data analysis at regular intervals across all stores.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Retail Management

Experience:

- 10 - 12 yrs ' experience in Retail Operations, ideally in an Apparel retail format.

- Managed business of 500 cr+

- Resilience to work under pressure.
