Operations Head - NBFC

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive company growth and performance.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across all functions

- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes

- Oversee risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures

- Monitor credit performance and manage risk exposures

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

- Ensure financial stability and sustainability of the organization

- Optimize resource allocation and investment strategies

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies

- Develop strategies to enhance market presence and competitiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

- Experience: 15+ years of experience in the BFSI industry, with significant experience in senior management roles

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of risk management, credit operations, and financial analysis

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of strategic leadership and team management

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
