Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Operations Management:

1. Ensure timely and quality delivery of IT projects, adhering to client expectations.

2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and streamline workflows.

3. Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure adherence to operational policies and SLAs.

Resource Optimization:

1. Collaborate with the Workforce Management team to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

2. Identify gaps in skill sets or manpower and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams for solutions.

Process Improvement:

1. Analyze current operations and identify areas for process enhancements to boost efficiency.

2. Implement automation tools and practices to optimize delivery timelines and reduce manual effort.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

1. Work closely with technical, HR, and delivery teams to ensure a cohesive operational strategy.

2. Mentor operations staff, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

Strategic Support to the CTO:

1. Act as a trusted partner to the CTO in aligning operational goals with the company's technical vision.

2. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to aid decision-making.

Risk & Compliance Management:

1. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively.

Client Satisfaction & Support:

1. Act as a bridge between delivery teams and clients to address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve client experiences.

Skills:

1. Strong operational and project management skills.

2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

3. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.

4. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, ERP, or project management platforms.
