Job Description

The role of Operations Head involves overseeing and managing the platform's operational functions to ensure smooth processes, efficient service delivery, and overall performance excellence.

1. Operational Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operational processes.

- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Drive performance and professional development of team members.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and legal partners to resolve debts efficiently.

- Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless communication.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.

- Leverage technology and analytics to drive process automation and decision-making.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks governing debt resolution.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain operational integrity.

6. Performance Monitoring:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting areas of improvement.

7. Customer Experience:

Candidate Details

- Graduate / MBA with Business, Finance, or related fields.

- 8-12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in debt resolution, NBFCs, or financial services.

- Familiarity with debt collection practices and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in tools and technology platforms for debt resolution.
