Head Operations/COO
- Grow and lead operations' function - one of the most important verticals for ensuring success of the startup
- Manage operations pan-India, and also grow it outside India
- Key metrics involved - NPS, TAT, Renewal/Upsell/Referral rate, team happiness quotient
More specifically, the responsibilities include :
- Create new processes and manage & improve existing systems to run operations successfully
- Hire, train leadership team of specific sub-functions & build team under them
- Ensure Dozees run successfully in both hospital and home settings and meet customer expectations - this includes logistics, device setup, customer training, troubleshooting, renewal, return etc
- Develop strategies for expansion, create budgets and then execute them
- Present progress to management & investors
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to provide product feedback,help with creating distribution strategies, customer feedback etc
Skills & Experience needed :
- 8+ years' professional experience, with 4+ years of experience in leading operations teams at pan-India level
- Majority of this experience (on professional side and in leadership role) should be in the healthcare domain
- Candidate should have experience managing a team of at least 50members, directly or indirectly
- Experience of expanding operations outside India is preferred
- Experience of handling device related operations is a plus
