Operations Delivery Role - IT

Experience - 10 -15 years

Location - Delhi (WFO)

Must Have - Project management ,Compliance

Responsibility:

- Plan and support operational deployment of various project components in association with project stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with Guidelines issued by client

- Support implementing agencies & in establishing on-ground performance metric in keeping with the project outcomes.

- Perform continuous analytics of on-ground operations to identify gaps & areas for improvement to advise stakeholders, develop remedial products/ services, and ensure better services for stakeholders

- Develop and disseminate policy matters to stakeholders

- Facilitate in development & deployment of Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for project components

- Establish quality procedures; specify standards & specifications in keeping with local and global benchmarks

- Plan & conduct user or stakeholder led testing of products & services (including user acceptance testing where applicable)

- Support stakeholders in implementing the continuous process improvement framework

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification Preferred: - PMP/Prince/ITIL/TOGAF

Qualification - Minimum Graduate with MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University

Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
