Job Description :

- This role is critical for managing and optimizing data related to our diverse portfolio investments.

- You will lead the data collection efforts and work closely with regional Private Equity deal teams and technology groups, driving initiatives that enhance the data monitoring processes.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand APAC regional reporting across investment and portfolio management.

- Maintain a comprehensive data management system for Portfolio Company data throughout its lifecycle.

- Review and enhance data quality controls, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with the Global PortCo Data Operations team on various data initiatives.

- Prepare high-quality reports and dashboards for APAC Portfolio Companies.

- Contribute to global data and analytics projects, including reviewing reports developed by the technical team, investigating any unusual data findings.

Profile:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SQL.

- Familiarity with financial statements and the private equity ecosystem.

- Experience in market data management and financial data reporting.

- Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin

- Data management skillset, including the ability to investigate and rectify data discrepancies

- Experience in asset or investment management

- Advanced data analytics skills (Python, R) will be an advantage
