Operations Centre Manager - Finance - Retail/Consumer Durable

Job Description :

1. Reconciliation of :

a. Sales and collection against various modes of payments in different systems

b. Merchant Payment Report against collection for various merchants

c. Various modes of financing opted by customers

2. Raising of exception to within company and out of company parties and resolution of the issues

3. Handling general ledgers of all modes of payment and clearing of contra items within the SLA

4. Publishing timely report on the status of reconciliation and issue resolution

5. Handling audit for the related transactions

6. Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office

7. Ability to communicate independently written and oral
