Operations Business Head - Metals Industry

We have an Opening in one of the Reputed MNC Client in Surat for the Position of Operations Business Head.

Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (Diploma/Graduate).

Experience: 10-15 years, (MNC Exposure) Expert in MS office/ Experience of working on CRM Tool

- Experience of working with Metals Industry is essential.

- This person will be responsible for entire operations that would include CRM, HSM, Ship Lashing with Sales experience

- Provide strong leadership and focus on the aspect of Operational Excellence to drive the team towards productivity and profitability. Also focusing on the sales aspects with the customer.

- An ambitious leader with high flair on technical and man management skills and keen aspiration to fast learn, grow business and to grow in organization

- Ability to interact with the customer for business development

- Excellent Team player with competence to handle a team more than 100 people in Operations (including contract workers)

- Good communication, Man Management, Material Management, Basic Commercial knowledge and Documentation skills are essential
