Job Description:

Role Summary:

- Report to the Program Manager & Promoter

- Responsible for development & execution of operational workplan

- Own the execution of modules for a new business build.

- Drive complete ownership of module across plant setup, operations setup, project execution etc.

Key Activities & Role Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Track and manage the progress of operational activities and plant setup against project timelines and budgets.

- Facilitate coordination between internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance) and external vendors.

Plant Setup and Operational Execution:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee physical setup of the EMS plant, including site selection, infrastructure development, and equipment installation.

- Coordinate procurement, logistics, and vendor management for machinery

Process Design and Implementation

- Assist in designing and implementing operational processes for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.

- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows and recommend improvements.

Experience & Skillsets

Industry Experience:

- Experience in program management/Ops management role - Relevant roles: Consultant, Associate, Operations Manager etc.

- Experience in EMS is mandatory.

Skills, Abilities & Know-how:

Generalist Profile

- Ability to drive varied modules & ramp-up quickly

- Strong track record of performance across different projects/executing multiple project modules

Project Management:

- Experience of project management in cross functional environment with multiple dependencies

- Exceptional communication, people skills

Operations Experience/Know-how:

- Prior experience in setting up or managing manufacturing plants, especially in the EMS or related sectors.

- Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, and quality management.

Additional Information:
