Profile : Operations Administration and Management

Job description :

- Responsible for the overall P/L for the State.

- Accountable for growth across all verticals and ensuring right customer mix across verticals to offset overdependence on one type of customers.

- Generate and meet Sales /Revenue target for the State.

- Follow up on key targets and objectives and recover the same in line with the Company targets.

- Manage and be responsible for the day to day operations of the State and thereby ensure superior Customer Experience.

- Ensure State is compliant in terms of SOPs, processes and policies.

- To determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

- Responsible for overall Admin related activities in the State.

- Maintaining Area Reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance.

- The role is responsible for Operations delivery across assigned functions based out of India.

- The holder of this position reports to the Head, Pershing India. The incumbent will serve as a member of the Pershing India Executive Management team responsible for service delivery, transformation, innovation and business resilience.

- She/He is required to play a key role as a thought leader in evolution of Operations organization.

- Pershing to take on more high end, complex and critical functions, be more transformational, take greater ownership, drive productivity thereby delivering on Operational Excellence and enhancing Client experience

- Implement best practices for improving plant efficiency with employee retaining.

- Implement best practices for improving plant efficiency with Customer Delight and employee engagement

- Planning for execution for smooth launching To Meet production as per decided cycle time & continue improvement in cycle time.

- To Monitor & enhance efficiency of indirect personal.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Commercial leasing.

- Lease agreements & Legal matters.

- MEP coordination / Facility Management.

- Good Salesmanship.

- Excellent communication in spoken/written English.
