Hiring For Operational Risk

Oversee and guide the team towards effective functioning, giving a strong support to the Unit Head/ Functional Head in successful completion of the tasks assigned for major activities done in the unit viz. RCSA, Thematic review, Loss data, ORMC and ICAAP presentations.

- JR 1 : Communicate/Interface/meet with unit heads/senior management to understand the activities and processes followed, which will help in crystallizing the identification and assessment of operational risk in the unit.

- JR 2 : Design/review/update framework requirements in line with good practices and regulatory requirements. Organize/design/analyze reports.

- JR 3 : Oversee and ensure implementation of project/work as directed by senior management and within the agreed TAT.

- JR 4 : Training needs of the employees from Functional requirement/Inter-personal Trainings

- JR 5 : Review/updated/design policy/process documents.
