- Candidate must possess good communication skills to be able to work with executive level business users to understand their business problems and translate that knowledge into a solution.

- Candidate is expected to understand projects from both the business and technical perspectives.

- Candidate should be able to work well independently and be able to complete complex systems development projects.

- Candidate should also possess a firm understanding of general Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

- The selected candidate will support the implementation and development OBIEE reporting in Risk Management domain. This position requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.

- The developer will be responsible for rationalizing the current reporting environment, in depth analysis of client reporting requirements, leading technical development of the reporting architecture and mentoring other team members in correct use of the technology.

Qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

- 4+ years experience on Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (formerly Siebel Analytics) version obiee 10.1.3.3 or later

- Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle's OBIEE for Business Intelligence suite (Answers, Dashboards, BI Publisher) and SQL/Oracle 11g

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Capable of facilitating client requirements conversations and capturing business requirements

- Experience with modelling, building and optimizing the OBIEE repository (RPD) layer.

- Experience in designing / developing / performance tuning Dashboards, Scorecards and KPIs in OBIEE

- Must be able to translate functional business requirements into a design and provide leadership while executing

- Create, maintain, and manage documentation for all reporting development efforts.

- Responsible for communicating the design, build, testing and release of reports

- Propose the Architecture for OBIEE set up to meet the business requirements,

- Define Operational strategies for an OBIEE project such as Code versioning, Multi-User Development, Code Migration, Security Framework

- Troubleshoot Production issues, identify root cause and migrate fixes. Develop reporting standards and best practices.

- Oracle Advanced PL SQL Developer Certified Professional desired

- Knowledge of Risk Management domain a plus

- Project Management experience a plus

- Experience working in Onsite & Offshore model desired

- Knowledge of when to leverage the ETL process
