Operational Risk Management

- Engage with local CROs and functional risk managers to ensure operational risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.

- Support local CROs and functional risk managers in validation and challenge of self-assessments completed by the management.

- Advise and support business areas in development of control documentation that adequately mitigates key risks and satisfy control standards key change initiatives and operational risk reviews Analyze operational losses and incidents, record issues and actions and perform a regular monitoring and follow-up with the business units.

- Provide support to local CROs and functional risks managers in implementing and maintaining and effective Group and local financial reporting risk controls.

- Perform analysis and produce relevant operational risk reports Build and lead a team of operational risk analysts

- University degree or equivalent level 8-12 years experience in (operational) risk management, governance or audit function is a plus

- Ability to constructively challenge business propositions and be solutions oriented, Good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Team player, willingness to share knowledge and experience within and across teams and functions.

- Experience of managing teams is a plus.
