Job Role : Operational Risk

Function : Risk & Control

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

a. Understanding business processes and being able to translate them into identification and assessment of operational risk in products and processes.

b. Contributing to identifying and naming a risk in the system frequency and severity of risk.

c. Identifying controls to mitigate the risk

d. Collect, calculate, and process data towards modelling, generating risk scores

e. Analysing and organize to have same recorded in the system including sending emails / follow with concerned business owners

f. Update respective elements of the Operational risk framework as directed / communicated

g. Follow up towards action / implementation as needed

h. Carry out RCSA, KCT for key products and processes

Educational Qualification and Experience level :

Minimum Qualification: PG

Experience: 5-6 yrs

Technical competencies :

- Excellent analytical skills with good understanding of processes and technology

- Behavioral competencies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
