Operational Risk Management - BFSI/IT/ITeS

- Responsible to execute effectively the day-to-day operational risk management and compliance

- Perform Risk assessments and ensure Risk reports are effective and timely, this aspect is significant to the overall responsibilities and proficiency required to meet the needs of various stakeholders and the organization as a whole.

- Partner, support to implement all key operational risk components/ programs as applicable to support the assigned EGS area. The operational risk components include Information Security, Business Continuity, Records Management, Vendor Management, Regulatory Compliance and Control Validation

- Conduct Risk assessments for HR, SSO and Opex

- Support, manage and implement quarterly Risk and Control Self assessment of HR, SSO and Opex or assigned functions

- Help manage and implement Self assessment of controls program

- Regularly monitor and track to closure Corrective actions and Risk Register items of HR, SSO, Opex

- Relations ship management and engagement with stake holders.

- Support development and maintenance of periodic risk reporting to stakeholders for effective tracking and reporting of risk items and issues across the shared services business functions.

- Ensure positive risk culture among the business partners through engagement and Risk awareness

- Business partner engagement or Hold regular touch-base with HR, SSO, Opex and Operations teams, to provide Risk updates, relay requirements around CICAT, Risk register/OSAC/Control Self-assessments, other issues, discuss Risk initiatives, and policy changes etc.

- Help the ORM immediately get information from Operations team and LOB to be used for urgent reports, meetings, Support management of Site risk and ensure reporting at a site level Secondary

- Integrate and ensure all new RMC initiatives are rolled-out to all required stakeholders and the required awareness is created across the EGS area supported. Assist the ORM on new and existing Risk initiatives.
