Operational Risk - Bank

Our client, a well known Private Sector Bank, is looking to hire Operational Risk professionals at senior level in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- To strengthen the Operation Risk Assessment process and conduct periodic review of the Risk Assessment Exercise.

- To identify and escalate significant operational risk issues and implement control mitigants to address the issues.

- Identify/Design new Key Risk Indicators, oversee the implementation of the EGRC/Basel II/Advanced Approaches towards the Operational Risk Management.

- Include Management & Measurement frameworks to maintain a working relationship with business departments to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, plans, policies, products, processes, outsourcing arrangements and software evaluation.

- Identify Risks and suggest risk mitigation measures/controls keeping in view the banks strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

- The candidate must have at least 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in banking industry. FRM/PRM Certification is desirable

- Experience in designing policies and procedures would be essential.

- Exposure to various banking application software is desirable. Sound knowledge of the risk assessment tools would be an added advantage.

- Candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
