Operational Excellence - Blackbelt - FMCG

Position open with a leading FMCG company in Gurgaon.

JD-

- To design, develop and deploy OE capability program to improve the performance of e2e Supply Chain through Lean Sigma philosophy under Operational Excellence program. Improve Knowledge Management process for ISC business and to develop and manage a strong performance management system for OE team across ISC. Support OEE programs to enhance capacity across external supply sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Development of Course Content of LP (Lean Practitioner) & SME (Subject Matter Expert) program in line
with Procurement/ Supplier processes.

- Development of Course Content of LP & SME program with Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution processes.

- Develop OE capability of RM/PM supplier sites.

- Impart Training with Primary & External Sites on LP & SME.

- Improve & Sustain OE capability certification across the business.

- Performance Management for ISC OE Capability Metrics.

- Manage the transformation from current processes to adoption of Operational Excellence ways of working.

- Lead ISC – Knowledge Management Program – Share Bench marking, Case Studies, Knowledge Capsules and Breakthrough processes/ improvements.

- Manage Team Site Software & Propagate Knowledge sharing across the business.

- Lead the MIS of OE – ISC and establish a strong governance mechanism to manage CI projects and provide forums for review & escalation and problem resolution.

- Train the 2nd tier at primary, external and vendor on tools, techniques, knowledge and skills on OE.

- Develop/facilitate benefit cases for improvement projects and manage to realize the potential.

- Ensure that Operational Excellence becomes integrated with ways of working at Key Strategic Vendors.
