Operation Strategy Manager (Manufacturing)

- Analyze market trends, driver availability, and demand patterns to forecast and manage driver supply and demand, balancing fluctuations and ensuring operational stability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to implement strategies that enhance driver engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the driver supply chain, implementing innovative solutions.

- Monitor and assess key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

- Play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall driver experience through strategic initiatives and impactful supply chain management.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA (Operations) with 3-5 Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Industry & has been a COO or a Group level VP - Operations with the experience in overseeing, quality, procurement, manufacturing operations, plant operations, R&D, Global market understanding.

2. Proven track record in implementing successful strategies that optimize driver supply and demand dynamics, resulting in operational efficiency and performance improvement.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decisions.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and levels within the organization.
