Job Responsibilities

ID Management and Audit Function

Identified SPOC responsible for ID database i.e. ID creation/ deletion/ updating

Reconcile ID termination database against attrition data

Ensure password is changed as required

Conduct an audit to check on the ID status

Check if the advisor is using his own ID

Ensure 100% audit coverage across floors

Take corrective action

Physical Access Review and CCTV monitor

Reconcile the access log against the access authorized list,

Verify the access with the roster to check if the employee was authorized to access the floor

Checking footages of entry doors for any tailgating/piggybacking incidents

Check for any external or non-program person entering the floor

Application reports Audits & Trainings

Conduct 100% checks on daily reports received on CST and CSA platform

Conduct 100% checks on WU transactions made

Maintain a tracker on incoming reports and call out delayed reports to internal stakeholders and Client Plan and Ensure that all internal and client security trainings are completed as per schedule

Desired Profile

Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience into risk mitigation operations

Certification in risk will be preferred

Must have excellent communication Skills
