Experience/skills:
- 9+ years of relevant experience in one or more specific operational/product area skills
- A track record in people management, experience in supervising and displays ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
- Demonstration of communication skills, influencing and presentation skills experienced in managing Client relationships to drive change and represent the Bank's interest
- Product and end-to-end system knowledge in the product line
- A proven, considerable level of analytical, problem solving and resource planning skills
- Experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Analysis and Financial Services
- Ability to work with Master Data Management tools, DQ tools, SQL, Python and Tableau
- Strong and well-developed relationship/stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving experience
- Basic knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools
- Open-minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
- Highly motivated to fix issues.
- Vendor management skills would be good to have.
